We require a photo of the primary renter's drivers license to be sent within 48 hours of booking. Signed rental agreement is due 4 days from receipt.

The house accommodates a maximum of 5 adults and sleeps 9.

Please leave house as clean as when you check in.  There is no cleaning fee.  If cleaners find it a mess, a fee of $150 will come out of deposit. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled bookings may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent the property at the same rate.
